This release will include new metrics from Quarter 1 of 2022.
When we release a new set of data into Marketscape Insights, we not only populate every page and table with the latest available Medicare metrics, but we also update the following custom features:
- Sales Spotlight content for physicians or hospitals is updated, including your "My Agency" insights.
- Any saved presentation is also updated to include the latest metrics.
For more information see, How to Get the Most out of Every New Data Release.
CMS has released more complete data annualized for historical FFS claims for 2019 and 2020. Users may see shifts in data as a result of this change.
New Filter - My Default Agency on My Lists
On the Home page, under My Lists on the Skilled Nursing tab, we have added a new toggle called “My Default Agency”. Users can select only one agency at a time to be their default. To make a selection, simply click the and confirm the option made.
This toggle is also available on the Explore page, under the Skilled Nursing tab.
As a user, this will allow you to easily focus on your agency of choice.
NPI Hyperlinks – Site of Service table for Physicians
On the Physicians Analyze page, under the Practice Details tab, on the Site of Service table, we have added hyperlinks to the “Site of Service NPI Name” column.
As a user this allows you to easily navigate to that NPIs Analyze page.
New Columns – Patient Risk Score and Category
On the Hospitals and Agencies Analyze page, under the Destinations tab, we have added two new columns to the FFS SNF Destinations table titled “HHA Patient Risk Score” and “HHA Risk Category”.
As a user, this allows you to evaluate the high-risk patients that may not be reflected in the hospitalization and readmission rates.
New Metric – MA Readmission Rates
On the Hospitals and Agencies Analyze page, under the Insights tab, we have added a new “MA” metric to the Readmission Rate: 30-Day insights table, showing a split view comparison between MA and FFS state averages.
As a user, this will help you understand the amount of FFS patients and MA patients' destinations and sources are getting. When comparing these metrics, you can help your referral partners understand why they should partner with your facility.
