View Medicare Advantage Data
We’ve added Medicare Advantage data to the Patient Volume table under the Medicare Advantage tab on Physician, Hospitals & Agency and Skilled Nursing Analyze pages. You can use the breakdowns of MA plans and volumes for a given NPI to support better conversations with existing referral sources based on their unique patient mix.

Call Attention to Your Agency
We added features to call attention to your agency throughout Marketscape. You can set up your agency so that the name and NPI will appear in bold text on the Agency Explore table and across Analyze pages. A new toggle at the top of the table will allow you to limit the entries in the table to your selected agencies. On presentations, chart elements for your agency will be highlighted against a gray background, and your agency's name will appear in bold text in the chart legend.
Your agencies will be bold in the Explore table
Your agencies will be bold in the Destinations table for Physicians and Facilities
Your agency's graphics will have a grey background in Presentations
Build a Hospital & Agency PMV Presentation
We created a Plan My Visit presentation for facilities, accessible by clicking on the green Presentation button on Hospital & Agency Analyze pages. This templated presentation was previously only available for physicians. You can now generate this presentation and compare your agency alongside your competitors to show your agency’s key differentiators when engaging with hospital & agency referral sources.
This presentation is still in the beginning phases- more to come next release!
On a Hospitals and Agencies Analyze page, click PRESENTATION to create a facility presentation.

See Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) Data for Hospitals
On Hospitals & Agency Analyze pages for Hospitals-INP, we’ve added an Inpatient DRG dropdown to the Diagnostic Breakout by Stay table within the Patient Population tab and an Inpatient DRG Breakout table on the Utilization & Quality tab. DRG level insights provide a more granular view into a specific patient population, allowing your agency to better understand areas to partner with new or existing hospital referral sources.

Other Enhancements
New ACO Participation Table: We added an ACO Participation table to the Practice Details tab on Physician Analyze pages. Use this information to understand which Medicare ACO(s) a physician participated in during Performance Year 2018.
For more information on the new ACO table,
“Classification” Renamed to “Priority”: We renamed Target “Classification” to “Priority” to better align with standard industry terminology. You will see this change on Home page dropdowns and Explore page filters.
Manager Reporting Available on Home Page: We added a usage table for users with managerial roles in Marketscape on the Home page under a new Manager Reporting tab. You can use this table to track your sales reps’ usage without requiring Admin access.
Updates to Highest Affiliation SNF: We changed the Highest Affiliation SNF Insight on the Physician Analyze page and the Highest Affiliation SNF column on the Physician Explore page to reference the Highest Affiliation (and %) based on "All" drop-down on the Destinations table. Previously, the Highest Affiliation was based on the "3 months prior" drop-down.
Expanded SNF Readmission Rates: We expanded SNF readmission rates to include patients who transferred from an inpatient to SNF setting at the same facility by using swing beds. You will notice an impact to both overall SNF readmission rates and readmission rates by BPCI for NPIs that operate as swing bed facilities.
