How to Change your Password
In order to change your password for the Excel Health Skilled Nursing Solution, you will need to be logged in to your account.
If you are not able to log in, you will need to follow the New Account/Forgot Password procedure found in My Account - Login, Username, and Password.
1) Click on "Admin" in the top navigation.
This action will navigate to the Support Page.
2) Click on "Change my Password"
This action will open the Change Password Page.
3) Enter your new password
Please take note of the password requirements on the right in the grey box.
