Overview
The third tab of the Explore page is "Assisted Living Facilities and Long Term Care Facilities." The table on this page provides basic information about these facilities.
In contrast to the other tabs on the Explore page, there are no patient counts or performance metrics. The table provides basic information about the organizations in the list.
The ALF/LTC data is purchased from a 3rd party vendor, which independently verifies information regarding Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facility organizations. Nursing Home data does not include if hospice or memory care is provided at the facility.

FAQs
How often will this table be updated?
Answer: The data we used to create this table was a one-time purchase from a data provider. We will not update this content until we complete some market validation to determine whether the content is valuable enough to our users to warrant the cost. Keep in mind that there are no metrics that are going to change quarterly.
What payer information is available for the organizations in this table?
Answer: All of the organizations in the ALF/LTC table are private pay. There are no claims to evaluate or reimbursements to track.
Is the 'Provides Hospice Care' field indicative of the facility itself having ownership of their own hospice or is that field indicating they have a hospice provider they are affiliated with performing services for the facility?
Answer: Neither. The yes/no answer indicates whether the data vendor was able to confirm that hospice care is offered by the organization. If the row indicates "yes" (Y) this does not imply anything about the source of the hospice care, whether the care is provided through affiliation or ownership.
